Michel is passionate about engaging reluctant readers, as well as inspiring them to write stories of their own.

She offers a range of fun, interactive sessions for both primary school students, (grades 1-5), as well as storytelling sessions at kindgergartens. Primary school programs can be tailored to suit various curriculum levels.

Over the last few years, Michel has had the pleasure of speaking at various events, both in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. Some of which include, "Romancing The Stars," which is an annual event organised by Book Links Qld, which gives people the opportunity to "speed date" both authors and illustrators who currently have either children's or YA books currently published.

She has also spoken as a panelist at various literary events including, "Share Your Story." Share Your Story was created and founded by International children's author, Michelle Worthington, and provides aspiring authors with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to become published children’s book authors.
